CC and I went to visit our Grandma Barbara earlier today at the nursing home. Madeline is two weeks old already, and Grandma still hasn’t met her great granddaughter. My grandma was planning on meeting Madeline at Easter in a few weeks, but we decided to pop-in unannounced and visit her today and surprise her with the baby. I decided to video the event from my cellphone just in case something funny happened (you never know with Grandma Barbie). She was in the dining room playing BINGO when we got there, so we decided to sneak CC and Maddie into her room and await her surprised reaction. I’m truly happy we got it on video, because it might be the first time in all my life I’ve ever seen her choke up with emotions like she did. Below is the video…enjoy

I’m so glad you thought to get a video of this happy event, Michael!! Very, very nice!! You are a wonderful grandson, son, brother, brother in law and uncle!! And it makes me well up with pride to see my C.C. being such a good mom. Life is good! : )
